I am a commercial finance strategy advisor specialized in pricing governance, tender management, carbon accounting tool, offsetting and mitigation strategy, and margin optimization across global industrial sectors. Over the past seven years, I’ve partnered with international organizations in heavy haulage, nautical, life sciences, and feed industries, helping them implement pricing tool, create pricing strategies to optimize margins, design procurement and supply point strategies and develop revenue-acceleration frameworks that align with profitability, compliance and regulatory requirements.
